Carbon Indicators

1. Carbon Intensity (Carbon Scope 3)

This screen allows you to display:

  • Carbon intensity (Scope 3) in kgCO2eq/m2 (over 50 or 60 years depending on the calculation methodology used), per building. The calculation methodology is decided by the Reporting Administrator, among the methodologies proposed by the Upcyclea platform (RE2020 in France, LCBi in Europe, RICS in the United Kingdom),
  • Sorting capacities,
  • Filters, including:

  1. Building stakeholders (owners, asset managers, tenants),
  2. The condition of the buildings (in service, under construction, deconstruction), which will make it possible to compare the buildings with regulatory thresholds (e.g. building under construction threshold for the RE2020),

  • Thresholds, among the RE2020 (France), LBCI (Low Carbon Building Initiative, Europe), RICS (United Kingdom) thresholds, as well as thresholds defined by the subscribed landlord (via the Administrator role).

2. Embodied carbon

This screen allows you to display:

  • The variation in outgoing ESG indicators over 1 year,
  • The following ESG metrics:

  1. Volume of waste avoided in kg, per project (also called "folder" in Upcyclea Net-0),
  2. Volume of CO2 avoided in kg,CO2eq, per project,
  3. Volume of water preserved in m3, per project,
  4. Economic balance sheet in €/£/¥, per project, based on the economic balance of the ecosystems that make up the projects/folders.
