1. Circularity/Reuse

This screen allows you to display:

  • The degree of Circularity/Reuse of a building (in % weight compared to the weight of the building) on the basis of the products that make it up,
  • Sorting capacities,
  • Filters, including:
    1. Building stakeholders (owners, asset managers, tenants),
    1. States of buildings (in service, in construction, in deconstruction), which will make possible to compare the buildings with regulatory thresholds (e.g. building in construction compared to RE2020 thresholds),
    1. Type of buildings (individual house, collective building, offices, hotel, public building)
  • Thresholds (set by the administrator).


2. Circularity/Reuse indicators calculation methodology

The indicators legend is detailed above.

The diagram below illustrates the source of the calculations, i.e. the circular signature calculated in the Upcyclea Net-0 from the constituents of a building.


InfoThe information needed for the calculations comes from both the ESG data contained in the DPP digital passports associated with the products, and the information contained in the deposits, such as: quantity, whether the product is reused, the level of disassembly, whether the product can be reused at the end of its use, etc.
