1. Economic balance

• The economic balance sheet is derived from the sum of the economic balance sheets of the ecosystems contained in different projects/folders (in €, £ or ¥). A folder (Net-0 terminology) or project (Reporting terminology) represents one or more reuse, upcycling or recycling operations. The breakdown into folders/projects is the responsibility of the Ecosystem Manager role on Upcyclea Net-0: these can be reuse folders on all or part of a building, recycling files, etc. All folders/projects (and their indicators for  completed  and ongoing ecosystems) created in Upcyclea Net-0 are visualised in Reporting, except for ecosystems that exist outside of folders/projects.

2. Economic balance calculation methodology

The indicator is calculated on the basis of the sum of the economic balances of the ecosystems contained in different "completed" and "ongoing" projects/folders of the Upcyclea Net-0 space  to which the Upcyclea-Reporting module is connected, for each of the folders declared in Upcyclea Net-0.
