Water Preserved Indicator
1. Volume of water preserved
This screen allows you to display:
- The volume of water preserved, which is the sum of the volumes of water preserved by the ecosystems contained in the different projects/folders (in kgCO2e). A folder (Net-0 terminology) or project (Reporting terminology) represents one or more reuse, upcycling or recycling operations. The breakdown into folders/projects is the responsibility of the Ecosystem Manager role on Upcyclea Net-0: these can be reuse folders on all or part of a building, recycling files, etc. All folders/projects (and their indicators for completed and ongoing ecosystems) created in Upcyclea Net-0 are visualised in Reporting, except for ecosystems that exist outside of folders/projects.
- By file/project,
- By type of treatment (reuse, upcycling, recycling, composting, anaerobic digestion).
These indicators are displayed by building, and by year.
2. Preserved water indicator calculation methodology
The indicator is calculated on the basis of the volumes of water preserved by the "completed" and "ongoing" ecosystems of the Upcyclea Net-0 space to which the Upcyclea-Reporting module is connected, for each of the folders declared in Upcyclea Net-0.

The official calculation specifications document is available, on request, by subscribed customers and ESG auditors.
