Create or import a deposit
You wish to inventory your deposits of products or materials available in your territory or which constitute your real estate assets.
1. The deposit on Upcyclea Net-0
Deposits correspond to the resources – products and materials – which make up your buildings or which are present in a territory.
They are characterized by:
- The digital passport product is available
- The location of the product concerned
- Additional information such as quantity and condition of the product
The Upcyclea-Net0 tool enables the management of these deposits of end-of-use products and materials by offering the best recovery ecosystem .
All the deposits characterized in the different Agent accounts of the same Upcyclea-Net0 base constitute a Digital Bank of materials
The Resource Manager of the digital bank will be able to integrate the deposits into reuse/upcycling ecosystems thanks to the intelligent functions of Upcyclea-Net0.– List of deposits on myUpcyclea –

Product deposits can be created in two ways on Upcyclea-Net0 from the Agent role:
- Manually: Each deposit is created individually by selecting an associated product passport and then completing the requested information. It is also possible to duplicate an existing deposit.
As part of a circular economy approach on a territorial scale where you have few deposits to create, this is the simplest way.
- By mass import: from an Excel spreadsheet using a predefined template. Some imported fields are mandatory and must appear in the Excel spreadsheet, such as the passport ID, the quantity of the deposit, its availability date, or the site where it is located.
The deposits that you declare are located on sites, and it is your administrator who takes care of creating the sites. It is possible to add tags to the site, this will allow you to organize the deposits by batch, by layers of the building, etc. and thus generate circular signatures by tags (e.g.: you only want to know the circular signature of the Technical Equipment batch for example which is located on your Building A site).
Agent tags can be edited or deleted at any time, those created by other agents of your resource owner appear grayed out and cannot be deleted.
The tag(s) are entered when creating or importing deposits, once the site has been chosen. A drop-down list then offers the tags associated with the chosen site.
When importing, you need a column to fill in the tags. You can add as many tags as you want and separate them with commas in the table.
